If you have a PC problem that you can't seem to resolve yourself or are reluctant to try for fear of data loss then we can assess the problem for you. We will determine the cause of the problem and provide a solution. If we can't solve your problem then there will be no charge. We are able, in most circumstances, to make a data copy of your hard disk so you can be sure not to risk loosing vital information.
